Commercial Flooring Sales & Project Manager

Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Prospecting to generate, qualify, and manage commercial accounts. Experience in commercial flooring, construction materials or B2B building product sales. Familiarity with construction documents, bid processes, and working with general contractors, architects, or designers is strongly preferred. Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfort working on job sites and coordinating with project management, estimators, and installers. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking tools). Ability to read plans, specs and project documents. Proven ability to build strong working relationships through clear communication, mutual respect, teamwork, and accountability while consistently delivering results. Previous experience in commercial flooring project management or installation is highly beneficial.
