Duties Review and coordinate preparation of comments on standard third‑party participant agreements for compositions and recorded music. Draft and coordinate revision of standard third‑party participant agreements and other basic agreements in music and entertainment. Participate in drafting, managing, and negotiating high‑value asset purchase agreements in music. Engage in sophisticated corporate and financing transactions in the entertainment space. Collaborate with teams of associates, partners, consultants, and professionals. Develop critical thinking and strategy in intellectual property matters. Requirements Two to three years of experience in the music business. Passion for helping recording artists fulfill their visions. Proactive self‑starter with a "can do" mindset. Experience with or interest in catalog sales and acquisitions. Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple matters simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
