Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced estate planning attorney to join their Toledo, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in estate planning and a passion for teamwork and client service. Duties Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Assist clients with the probate process. Requirements Licensed to practice law in Ohio. Strong legal research background and training. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Self‑awareness and willingness to grow and learn. Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic.
