About COMBASE USA: COMBASE USA is the parent company behind KORONA POS, a fast-growing point-of-sale platform built for retail, ticketing, and specialty verticals. We're a lean international team that moves fast and takes care of our clients. This role sits at the center of our growth: you'll be the person who finds, recruits, and builds relationships with the resellers and partners who sell KORONA POS on our behalf. About the role: This is a channel sales and business development role on our sales team. You'll own the full reseller pipeline, from identifying prospects to making outreach, building relationships, and supporting partners from first contact through onboarding and beyond. You'll also represent COMBASE USA at trade shows, industry events, webinars, and speaking engagements throughout the year. We operate with a high degree of autonomy. Our team is collaborative and supportive, but we expect each person to take ownership of their work, manage their own time effectively, and drive results without needing constant direction. The right candidate thrives in that kind of environment. They're motivated by outcomes, not oversight. Travel is a firm requirement. This role attends 8-10 trade shows per year across the US. Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and video conferencing tools. Remote work during travel periods is expected and supported. Physical Demands: This role is primarily desk-based in a professional office environment. During trade shows and events, the role requires extended periods of standing and walking on the show floor, as well as occasionally lifting and transporting booth materials and equipment (up to 30-40 lbs). - Build and manage your own outbound prospecting pipeline: identifying, qualifying, and recruiting new resellers and channel partners via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person at events
- Maintain and grow an active portfolio of reseller relationships through regular check-ins, pipeline reviews, and ongoing support
- Represent COMBASE USA professionally at 8-10 trade shows and industry conferences per year
- Host and participate in webinars, product demos, panels, and speaking engagements on behalf of the company
- Onboard new reseller partners and provide training and guidance on KORONA POS products and processes
- Collaborate with the sales team by contributing to shared goals, taking direction where appropriate, and reporting on pipeline and partner activity
- Work closely with the marketing team on partner-facing campaigns, co-marketing efforts, trade show materials, and sales enablement resources
- Track all outreach, activity, and partner performance in our CRM (Pipedrive)
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to prospective partners
- Identify new market opportunities and bring ideas for growing the reseller channel
- A self-starter mindset: you take initiative, set your own priorities, and follow through without needing to be micromanaged
- A polished, professional presence. This is a high-visibility, partner-facing role that requires confident representation of our brand
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort and confidence presenting to groups, whether in a webinar, on stage, or in a one-on-one meeting
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for trade shows and events (8-10 per year)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously
- Tech-savvy enough to learn and articulate software products clearly
- Based in Las Vegas, NV or willing to relocate
- Experience in B2B sales, channel/reseller sales, or business development
- Familiarity with POS, retail tech, or SaaS
- Experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar CRM
- Trade show and conference experience
- Public speaking, webinar hosting, or training background
- Base salary of $50,000-$60,000 depending on experience + quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance
