Description

Lead organizational change management in complex environments.
Conduct stakeholder identification and change impact assessments.
Engage and plan readiness for regional audiences.
Establish sustainable change practices for client ownership.
Develop and implement structured change approaches.
Transition knowledge base to client ownership.
Incorporate regional adoption considerations into planning.

Develop stakeholder impact and engagement strategies.
Build structured change approaches for client transition.
Ensure regional adoption considerations are integrated.
Facilitate readiness planning and execution.

Qualifications

Proven experience in organizational change management within insurance or technology sectors.
Strong skills in stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment.
Experience in adapting global change strategies to regional needs.
Ability to establish sustainable change practices and governance.
Excellent communication and engagement skills.
