Mid-Level SQL / ETL Analyst

We are seeking a Mid-Level SQL / ETL Analyst to design, maintain, and improve data pipelines that support reporting, operational workflows, and business decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with strong SQL and ETL experience who enjoys solving data quality issues, optimizing performance, and partnering with business and technical teams to deliver reliable data solutions. The right candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets, production processes, and evolving business requirements. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to core data operations and help improve the overall quality, efficiency, and scalability of our data environment. What you'll do Design, build, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and data workflows. Write, troubleshoot, and improve SQL queries, views, and stored procedures. Support data integration processes using ETL tools such as Alteryx, Pentaho, or similar platforms. Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues to improve data accuracy and reliability. Monitor and improve ETL and database performance for efficiency and scalability. Translate business requirements into practical, production-ready data solutions. Prepare and deliver clean, well-structured datasets for analytics and reporting needs. Document data processes, workflows, and technical logic to support consistency and maintainability. What you bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SQL development, ETL, data integration, or a related data-focused role. Strong SQL skills and experience working in one or more relational database platforms such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL. Experience building, supporting, or optimizing ETL pipelines using tools such as Alteryx, Pentaho, SSIS, Talend, Informatica, or similar technologies. Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data quality practices. Experience working with large, complex, or high-volume datasets. Ability to troubleshoot data issues independently and manage priorities in a production environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Nice to have Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Exposure to cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with Python or another scripting language for automation or data processing.
