Family Law Attorney: Client-Centered Practice in Boynton Beach
Our client, a well-regarded Palm Beach County family law firm, is seeking a Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of experience for its Boynton Beach office. The firm guides clients through divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, child support, timesharing, and post-judgment modifications.
This is an in-office role in Boynton Beach, where you will benefit from daily collaboration with experienced family law attorneys and a dedicated support staff.
What You'll Do
- Manage a family law caseload from initial consultation through final judgment
- Prepare petitions, financial affidavits, motions, and marital settlement agreements
- Appear at hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Counsel clients with compassion and clear communication
- Partner with senior attorneys on complex asset and custody matters
What We're Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
- 2+ years of family law experience
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills
- Empathy and composure when working with clients in difficult circumstances
- Commitment to working in office in Boynton Beach
