Lead Product Manager

Driving the definition and execution of AI-first product capabilities, the full-time Lead Product Manager will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable product requirements in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Define clear product requirements for AI-powered capabilities and integrations, incorporating evaluation criteria and feedback mechanisms Partner with engineering teams to evaluate models and identify opportunities for iterative improvements based on customer feedback and performance metrics Curate and maintain an AI roadmap, prioritizing incremental improvements that enhance quality, trust, and customer value Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI product management with a focus on launching AI-driven products Experience applying responsible AI principles, including traceability, privacy, and security Technical acumen to experiment with AI tools for product prototyping and evaluation Ability to create or curate mock datasets for experimentation and validation Strong structured communication skills for conveying priorities and progress to stakeholders
