Customer Service Support Specialist

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-quality support to our customers and the customer service team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Providing customer service team support via telephone or email
• Responding to customer questions
• Resolving customer complaints
• Preparing documents and reports
• Updating customer database
• Improving overall customer satisfaction
• Ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems or concerns
• Maintaining customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
• Utilizing knowledge of products, services, or other assigned areas of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer inquiries
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• CRM experience, NetSuite preferred
