divh2Administrative/Project Coordinator/h2pOur client, a health insurance company, is looking for an Administrative/Project Coordinator for their Detroit, MI / Hybrid location./ppResponsibilities:/pulliResponsible for supporting Group Operational Readiness team with creating and issuing administrative services contracts, other legal documents and reports for the delivery of programs and services, including but not limited to ASC Contracting./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliAdvanced Microsoft skills in Word and Sharepoint, along with intermediate skills in Excel./liliProven experience with administrative coordination and follow-up, as well as task tracking and management./liliAttention to detail is a MUST./liliEffective research, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills./liliExcellent interpersonal skills necessary to interact with multiple work styles and personalities./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment necessary to process a high-volume of work./liliTeam player who is comfortable in a collaborative working environment./liliAbility to produce statistical information from conceptual needs./liliExperience in accessing and viewing data in a customer relationship management tool (ie Salesforce)/liliBasic skills in Access and PowerPoint/liliPrior health care insurance experience/liliBachelors Degree in related field preferred./liliTwo (2) to five (5) years of experience in related field is required./liliExperience with project management standards required; PMP certification preferred/li/ulpWhy Should You Apply?/pulliHealth benefits/liliReferral program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
