AP/AR Accountant

Our corporate finance and accounting team at Telios Corporation is looking to add a talented and ambitious Accountant eager to make a real impact to our company’s continued success. The Accountant will play an integral role in maintaining and supporting both our Telios Corporate and Telios Construction Management teams, and is a proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Enter, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time Prepare customer invoices and track outstanding receivables Record payments, deposits, vendor bills, credits, and adjustments in the accounting system Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, bank activity, and general ledger accounts. Follow up on past-due customer balances and assist with collections Maintain accurate vendor and customer records, including W-9s, payment terms, and contact information Support weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations Assist with month-end close, accruals, and financial reporting support Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields 1-3 years of direct work experience as an accountant with demonstrated Strong knowledge of accounting practices and principles Demonstrated experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel as well as QuickBooks or similar accounting software #J-18808-Ljbffr Telios Corporation
