Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Financial Coordinator to join an Enterprise Execution team. This role is critical in supporting enterprise-wide
project and portfolio management by driving financial tracking, forecasting,and reporting efforts across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project financial management, exceptional Excel skills, and a proven ability to coordinate
project activities while delivering financial insights that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage and track project financials, including:
* Forecasting
* Accruals
* Invoice coding
* Budget tracking and reconciliation

* Perform financial analysis and deliver reporting to stakeholders
* Support project planning, execution, and delivery through coordination activities
* Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and financial targets
* Maintain accurate financial data and documentation across multiple projects
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and transparency
* Identify opportunities to improve financial tracking and forecasting processes
* Experience working in a PMO or enterprise project environment
* Supporting portfolio or program-level financials
* Familiarity with financial systems or project management tool
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
