Job Summary: The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing high‑quality desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. This role supports the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests in a high‑volume, upscale resort environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods Follow standardized recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely and consistent mannerMaintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen and workstations Assist with buffet setups, banquets, and special events as needed Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Pastry Chef Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Qualifications: Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert plating Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen environment Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation Team‑oriented with good communication skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights Why Join Us?
