Pastry Chef

We are a high‑end bakery and patisserie in Atlanta seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods. You must have a passion for pastry making and be able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and create new pastry recipes that align with our brand’s vision Prepare and bake pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to recipes Decorate pastries using different techniques such as piping, glazing, and fondant work Manage inventory and order supplies when needed Ensure all food safety regulations are followed Train and supervise junior pastry chefs or assistants Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus for special events or seasonal offerings Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, flavors, and decorations Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail and creativity in recipe development Excellent leadership skills and ability to work well with others Food safety certification is a plus Salary: $1,100 per month Location: Atlanta We are an equal opportunity employer.
