Manufacturing Technician II position at Radiometer in New Brighton, Minnesota, responsible for operating semi-automated dispensing equipment, assembling sensor components, and ensuring quality compliance in a medical device manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Operate semi-automated dispensing machines to apply membrane formulations on ceramic substrates
Assemble sensor cassettes using semi-automated machinery as part of team
Follow Standard Operating and Quality Procedures with attention to precision and detail
Document quality machinery entries and troubleshoot equipment issues
Cross-train associates and alert supervisors to discrepancies requiring attention

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
Proficiency reading and following written English instructions
Experience with microscopes (preferred)
Medical device manufacturing background (preferred)
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (preferred)

Compensation: $21.00-$22.00 hourly, plus eligible bonus/incentive pay
