Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily tasks of food service workers during the event.
• Support general food service operations including setup, serving, restocking, and cleanup.
• Monitor work schedules and team performance to ensure efficient service.
• Assist in training and guiding workers to follow safety, sanitation, and customer service standards.
• Act as the on-site point of contact between workers and upper management.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and facility protocols.
• Promote a positive, team-focused environment through hands-on leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; food service or hospitality training is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role in food service preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be punctual, professional, and team-oriented.
