Sales Executive (Chicago)

Engtal is an award-winning, rapidly growing recruitment firm partnering with leading companies across Engineering, Technology, Finance, and Construction. We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join our Chicago team and build a long-term career in sales.

This opportunity is ideal for a 2025 or 2026 graduate who has already gained experience in sales and is looking for a company where they can continue developing, increase their earning potential, and progress their career.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Conduct client and candidate meetings
• Headhunt, screen, and develop a network of candidates within your specialist market
• Build your personal brand and network within your industry
• Manage the recruitment process from candidate submission through interview and offer
• Negotiate offers and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ months of B2B sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Ability to work on-site in our Chicago office
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
