Associate Director, Clinical Development

Associate Director overseeing clinical development for inflammatory bowel disease therapeutics at Gilead Sciences. Responsible for scientific planning, protocol development, study execution, and regulatory support for late-stage clinical trials in the inflammation area.
Responsibilities
- Develop study protocols, concept sheets, and related clinical trial documents
- Lead protocol review discussions on scientific and procedural study design aspects
- Contribute to design of case report forms, data management plans, and analysis strategies
- Prepare and review regulatory documents, data analyses, manuscripts, and presentations
- Coordinate teams, address investigator questions, and implement solutions for study obstacles
Requirements
- MS, PharmD, or PhD with biopharma, healthcare, or consulting experience
- 6+ years relevant scientific and/or drug development experience
- Immunology or inflammation therapeutic area experience preferred
- Knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations, ICH guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice
- Understanding of clinical trial design across development phases
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational capabilities
Compensation: $210,375–$272,250 base
