Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper Location: Florham Park, NJ We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of accounting responsibilities and office management duties while supporting day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on bookkeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Finance Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including vendor invoices, check processing, client invoicing, and collections Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets Handle sales tax payments, prepare 1099s, and assist with year-end audits Office Management Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance Maintain digital and physical filing systems Handle correspondence and assist with calendar management and administrative tasks Qualifications: 2+ years of combined bookkeeping and office management experience Strong experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Understanding of GAAP principles, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred Why Join Us?
