This role blends the organization of an Administrative Assistant with the high-energy drive of an outbound call specialist. You will act as the vital first point of contact for our customers, serving as a key spark to help them launch their next dream home improvement project. Primary Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Place outbound calls to potential customers to spark interest in our top-tier home services.
• Scheduling Coordination: Set, confirm, and manage appointments for our design consultants and field sales team.
• Customer Support: Manage inbound calls, answer customer questions, and route them to appropriate departments.
• Data Integrity: Keep customer records perfectly detailed and updated inside our company CRM system.
• Sales Re-engagement: Reach out to previous "No Sale" customers to provide helpful follow-ups and re-engage them. 

Secondary Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to our Office Manager, general admin staff, and production teams.
• Support cross-functional logistics to keep customer projects moving smoothly from sale to installation.
• Maintain flexibility to assist with other operational and office management tasks as our business evolves

What We Are Looking For

• Communication: Exceptional verbal skills, a highly professional phone presence, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Drive & Energy: High-energy communicators who are detail-oriented and enjoy operating in a busy office environment.
• Ambition: Motivated individuals eager to learn facets of the business with clear paths to grow into future leadership roles.
• Experience: Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or home improvement is a plus, but not required- we will train the right candidate
