Human Resources Generalist Application Deadline: 10 June 2026 Department: HR - Regional Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: US/Carrollton, TX or Watertown, WI Reporting To: Thanya Garcia Compensation: $60,000 - $73,000 / year Description This position provides administrative responsibilities as well as full cycle recruiting. The talent‑facing position is responsible for pipelining, sourcing, recruiting, coordinating interviews, and selecting talent for the North American business of Glory Global Solutions. This individual will primarily be responsible for the daily recruitment and Human Resources administrative activities of both exempt and non‑exempt employees in areas such as Warehouse, Logistics Operations, Repair/Re‑work, Call Center/Help Desk, Supply Chain, and Field Service national roles. This position has a hybrid schedule and reports to the Carrollton, TX HR Manager. Key Responsibilities Perform general HR administrative duties, including maintaining confidential information and data entry into HRIS systems and electronic personnel files. Administer background check and drug screen processes. Collect new hire paperwork into the payroll electronic system. Ensure accuracy of employee data across multiple systems by entering updates timely. Run reports from HRIS systems to compare and audit data, focusing on attention to detail. Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to fill current and future hiring needs for various departments. Lead the sourcing and recruitment process from start to finish, including posting jobs, sourcing, pre‑phone screening, selection, face‑to‑face interviews, scheduling, and secondary screening. Lead proactive pipeline recruiting to ensure ready‑now candidates in advance of open requisitions, partnering with local schools and community outreach. Prepare, review, and deploy offer letters and employment agreements through the Applicant Tracking System. Create and monitor reports measuring monthly time to fill, cost to fill, quality of hire, and other ad‑hoc reports. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Positive attitude, team player, conscientious, and responsive. Professional communication with all levels of the firm, including senior partners and leadership; ability to build rapport with employees, vendors, and candidates. Adaptable to changes and able to work in high‑volume environments with urgency while maintaining accuracy, thoroughness, and follow‑through. Proven track record of filling hourly positions with quality hires in a cost‑effective and timely manner. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑resolution abilities. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
