Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner
• E-file incoming court filings
• Invoicing and email communications with client 

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a legal, administrative, or secretarial role preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with legal terminology or document processing is a plus
