Customer Retention Specialist

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Retention Representative will engage with inactive customers through outbound calls and texts to re-establish their interest in a leading cryptocurrency kiosk platform, utilizing consultative selling techniques to drive revenue recovery. Key responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to re-engage inactive customers via phone and targeted text follow-ups Utilize data analysis to identify and prioritize customers for outreach based on transaction history and revenue potential Educate customers on product benefits and handle objections with a solutions-oriented approach to build trust and drive action Required qualifications: Demonstrated ability in consultative, relationship-based selling and influencing customer decisions Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or retention goals Experience explaining complex topics, such as cryptocurrency, in simple terms Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently in a remote environment Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain is a plus
