The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operational risk management, policy implementation, and regulatory compliance, and a proven ability to lead talent development and change initiatives. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with governing stakeholders are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for advanced education in a related field.
