Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Wyoming Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care settings is required.
Experience providing evaluations and skilled therapeutic interventions for geriatric populations, including restorative programs and wound-related mobility considerations.
Ability to document per facility and payer requirements and use electronic medical records.
Preferred: previous travel PT experience and proficiency with restorative nursing programs and therapeutic exercise for post-acute patients.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week guaranteed
Assignment Length: 13 week assignment
Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
