What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and stage various cancers through clinical assessments, imaging, and lab tests
• Develop personalized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, and targeted therapies
• Monitor and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress
• Manage side effects and provide supportive care to improve quality of life
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, nurses, and oncology navigators
• Participate in clinical trials, research, and quality improvement initiatives
• Stay updated on current oncology guidelines and advancements
• Mentor and support healthcare staff involved in oncology care
• Contribute to department initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency

What You Need:

• Medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensing in VT
• Board certification or eligibility in oncology
• Experience in oncology clinical practice preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide compassionate patient-centered care
