Job Description Job Description This Accounts Receivable Clerk Position Features: • Great Work Environment • Part-time Hours • Great Pay to $26/hr Schedule: 9am-3:30pm Mon-Fri Immediate need for and experienced Accounts Receivable clerk to support the Accounting Team. This position will be responsible for the following duties: -Conduct accounts receivable follow-up calls and email correspondence -Resolve customer billing inquiries and post-invoice concerns -Print, prepare, and distribute subcontractor and vendor checks -Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions -Collect, organize, and distribute incoming mail -Track technician tips and prepare cash tip envelopes for distribution -Monitor and order office supplies as needed -Other general accounting department related duties as needed This is a great company to work for with a supportive work environment.
