Operations Supervisor Location: Tampa, Florida (FL) Job Summary As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee multi-site guarding operations, guiding Field Supervisors and security teams to deliver exceptional performance. In this role, you will conduct site inspections, ensuring compliance with post orders, maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism, develop the team through coaching, training, and mentorship, and support branch operations by managing essential administrative processes.
