Sales Director – New York, NY VTS is seeking a self‑motivated sales professional to lead high‑impact commercial real estate accounts and drive revenue growth. The role requires on‑site presence in our New York, NY office for four days a week. Responsibilities Build and execute account plans to maximize revenue potential. Manage complete and complex sales cycles, presenting value propositions to C‑level executives. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close deals. Evangelize VTS solutions through product demos, in‑market events, industry groups, and account‑specific initiatives. Develop the revenue pipeline for a national, high‑growth company transforming a $12 trillion asset class. Form relationships with senior decision makers, asset managers, and brokers at top commercial real estate firms across the country. Pay Transparency The base salary for this role ranges between $160,000 and $175,000 and is determined by market data and individual experience.
