A-Line Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based primary and family care in a fast-paced clinic environment. This role focuses on high-quality patient outcomes through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and care coordination.
Position: Nurse Practitioner
Location: 10 Pope Avenue Hilton Head Island South Carolina 29928
Pay: $74.87/hr (W2)
Schedule: 2-3 weekdays (8:30am-7:30pm) and every other weekend (9am-5:30pm)
What You’ll Do
- Provide primary and family care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health conditions
- Perform routine exams and diagnostic testing; deliver health counseling and education
- Coordinate care plans with other healthcare professionals
- Support patient engagement in chronic condition management, wellness, and preventive services
- Complete clinic operational tasks such as opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection
- Maintain a clean, safe, patient-ready clinical environment
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
- At least 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, or Urgent Care
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a team-based care model
- Comfort with electronic medical systems/technology
Education & Licensure
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current national board certification
- Active NP license in South Carolina (or the state of employment)
- High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- BLS required (AHA or ARC)
