Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a "Conference Event Planner II (100% Remote)".

Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Pay Rate : $48/hr on W2

Support the planning and execution of U.S.-based congresses, conferences, and related meetings by managing event logistics, vendor coordination, registration, budgets, and operational activities. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery while driving process improvements and planning consistency across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadplanning and execution of Tier 2/3 and regional congresses, ensuringtimelines, deliverables, and event objectives are met.
• Coordinateregistration, attendee communications, budget tracking, purchase orders,and event logistics.
• Managecongress allocation processes and maintain accurate event data andrecords.
• Collaboratewith vendors and cross-functional teams to support seamless eventexecution.
• Monitorbudgets, invoices, deadlines, and operational activities; proactivelyresolve issues.
• Maintainevent assets, planning tools, playbooks, and best-practice documentation.
• Supportimplementation of new technologies and process improvements, includingAI-enabled solutions.
• Serveas a key point of contact for congress planning operations and stakeholdersupport.
• Preparepost-event reports, metrics, and analysis to evaluate event success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree required.
• 3+years of experience in congress planning, conference management, eventplanning, or meeting coordination.
• Strongproject management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experiencemanaging vendors, budgets, registrations, and event logistics.
• Abilityto work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experiencein biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical meeting environmentspreferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CertifiedMeeting Professional (CMP), Certified Tradeshow Marketer (CTSM), orequivalent certification.
• Experiencesupporting scientific congresses, medical conferences, or pharmaceuticalevents.
