Event Marketing Manager

Proven and hands-on, the full-time remote Senior Event Marketing Manager will manage a portfolio of large-scale flagship events and partner activations, executing high-visibility programs from planning to post-event analysis while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities Plan and execute Citrix's presence at key partner-driven events and co-marketing activations Support execution of large-scale, multi-day flagship events with high executive visibility and complex logistics Maintain rigorous project plans, timelines, and budget trackers across all active programs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field with 6-9 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience 6+ years of B2B event marketing experience, particularly in enterprise SaaS or tech Experience managing partner- or channel-facing event programs and major third-party industry conference activations Strong operational execution skills, including vendor management and budget tracking of $250K-$1M+ Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp or Asana for task tracking and status reporting
