Learning and Development Consultant

To support a growing corporate team, the fully remote Learning and Development Consultant will design, develop, launch, and maintain engaging learning solutions while managing multiple high-priority initiatives for field team members and operators on a contract basis. Key responsibilities: Create engaging learning experiences in various formats using adult learning principles Administer the Absorb LMS, including building, testing, and reporting on learning initiatives Develop onboarding and certification resources for new hires and existing employees Required qualifications: Five or more years of experience in instructional design or corporate Learning & Development Strong experience administering an LMS and managing end-to-end learning projects Advanced proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise Experience developing training for varied audiences, including onboarding and compliance Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern L&D tools
