Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and treatment goals of clients, ensuring tailored care that addresses individual circumstances.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members—including physicians, social workers, and support staff—to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to monitor progress and adjust care as necessary.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes comprehensively in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to explore issues such as coping strategies, emotional regulation, and relationship dynamics.

• Provide follow-up support through home visits and additional assessments to ensure continuity of care and adaptation to evolving client needs.

• Participate actively in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and collaborate on best practices.

• Develop training materials and lead workshops to enhance the clinical expertise of team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a varied client base, including adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges related to mental illness, substance use, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.

• Must hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of two years’ clinical experience in counseling roles, particularly in outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
