Business Solutions Manager

Business Solutions Manager – Medical Device and Automotive This role drives qualification, scoping, estimation, and proposal generation of implementation & advisory services using value selling techniques and best practices in the Medical Device and Automotive verticals. The Business Solutions Manager positions implementation packages for PTC Services as prime, sells Advisory and Adoption Services, and develops optimal Statements of Work that meet customer objectives and lead to satisfaction and expansion outcomes. The role collaborates with Sales, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services Market Leadership, and Partner Services teams. Key Responsibilities Consult customers and partners on alignment of outcomes and business solutions at a global enterprise level. Uncover and articulate critical success factors necessary for the customer to acquire, implement, and utilize a solution. Analyze, design, and develop a software solution implementation plan based on current vs. future state of the customer’s business. Recommend solution designs and implementation approaches to optimize value for the customer with PTC solutions. Position and recommend PTC’s adoption and advisory services to support partners in developing credible Statements of Work. Effectively manage and close complex sales cycles from business champion to C‑suite (CIO/CEO) level. Proactively manage pipeline. Qualifications Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including alliance, product sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and senior level executives. Proven experience selling services and working in scoping projects and creating Statements of Work. Strong history of operating effectively in the Medical Device or Automotive verticals. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a sales quota‑carrying role. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Annual salary range between $140,000 and $165,000, encompassing base salary and on‑target incentive compensation.
