CONCESSIONS SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience. Location and Schedule Bio Marin – 105 Digital Drive, Novato, CA 94949 Full‑time schedule. Sunday – Thursday. Hours may vary; details discussed during interview. Pay Range $32.00 to $35.00 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours. Greets, directs, and responds to guest questions and needs. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of one year of leadership experience. 3–4 years of experience in a concessions or foodservice environment. Current ServSafe certificate. Proficiency with Toast POS required.
