Data Entry Representative

Location: Fully Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $23-$24/hour

Duration: 6 Month Contract To Hire

Our client, C&H Technology, is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Representative to support its Purchasing and Operations teams. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining purchase orders, work orders, inventory transactions, and other critical business data within Sage and related systems. Approximately 50% of the position involves supporting Purchasing Agents with order entry and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update purchase orders, confirmations, and sales order documentation
• Manage work orders and reporting
• Update and maintain data in Sage, Excel, and SharePoint
• Maintain electronic records and documentation
• Support inventory, receiving, and operational activities
• Assist the Operations team with administrative tasks
• Provide occasional phone support
• Partner with Purchasing Agents to ensure accurate and timely order processing

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of professional data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Comfortable working onsite five days per week

Preferred:

• Sage ERP experience
• SharePoint experience
• Manufacturing, distribution, shipping, or logistics experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkins, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
