Description - Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests across disciplines-such as chemistry and hematology-while following established protocols.
• Ensure results are precise, troubleshoot discrepancies, and tend to regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Provide assistance in specimen collection and prepare samples for subsequent analyses.
• Document procedures meticulously, train upcoming staff or interns, and uphold the highest lab quality standards.
• Maintain a well-organized, safe workspace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of joining.
• Maintain your certification in good standing throughout your career here.
