What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to adult patients with acute leukemia and hematology conditions
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias, utilizing EPIC electronic charting
• Administer blood products, IV therapy, and manage central/peripheral lines including PICC lines
• Follow infection prevention protocols and patient safety measures, including fall prevention
• Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams to ensure prompt patient intervention
• Support patient education regarding care plans and treatments
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting, preferably in hematology or oncology
• Strong telemetry skills, including dysrhythmia interpretation and IV management

Preferred:

• ONS Chemo Certification
• NIHSS Certification
