What You'll Do As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will: Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives Explain vehicle features, financing options, and protection products Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience Stay informed on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and industry trends Requirements What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, motivated, and eager to learn Competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust Sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, bartending, or customer-facing experience preferred Valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent) What We Offer Average earnings of $60,000 - $85,000 annually Top performers earn $130,000+ Performance-based commissions with unlimited earning potential Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO Employee vehicle discounts Paid training and career advancement opportunities Two days off each week Why Kunes Auto Group?
