Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments of patients to identify their specific needs and create effective treatment plans tailored to support symptom resolution and improved functioning.

• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, adjusting your therapeutic approach based on the clinical needs of your patients and best practices in the field.

• Engage actively in program planning and development alongside the psychiatry team and other relevant staff members, contributing your clinical expertise to enhance program effectiveness.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, offering immediate support to patients in distress and ensuring their safety while collaborating with inpatient and outpatient teams.

• Maintain compliance with all organizational policies and ethical standards relevant to counseling practice while documenting patient interactions in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
