Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Highly skilled and ability to learn quickly and multi-task, prioritize work to ensure deadlines are achieved Has a strong continuous improvement mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to stay calm under pressure Has a sense of urgency and is accountable Ability to develop and document policies and procedures Proficient Sharepoint and Excel skills Experience with Infopath is a plus IT experience is a plus.
