Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to determine developmental needs and eligibility for services.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) based on your assessments.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and evaluate the progress of children and families, ensuring outcomes are met.

• Provide tailored support and resources to families to enhance their child's developmental journey.

• Develop impactful rapport with families by utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Implement evidence-based practices and natural learning environment strategies to facilitate effective learning opportunities.

• Regularly review and adapt treatment plans to ensure they align with evolving family priorities and child development needs.

• Comply with all relevant federal and state regulations regarding social work practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on young children, including babies and toddlers, who may have developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
