HR Generalist

Client: Well Known Law Firm Role: Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist Location: Woodbury, NY - 5 days onsite Salary: $80K Position Summary: Our client, a law firm, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator/Generalist to support daily HR operations, including onboarding, benefits, employee records, leave administration, payroll support, compliance, and HR reporting. Responsibilities: Coordinate onboarding and employee status changes. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Assist with benefits, leave administration, and payroll support. Prepare HR reports and employee communications. Support compliance, performance reviews, and other HR initiatives. Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 2-5 years of HR experience. Experience with HRIS, onboarding, benefits, employee records, and payroll support. Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. Law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
