HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team. This is a hands‐on role supporting all aspects of Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration, payroll support, and employee relations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is comfortable working as part of a small, collaborative HR team. Key Responsibilities Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life event changes, terminations, and COBRA administration. Support annual open enrollment activities and benefits renewals. Process and reconcile benefit invoices, including medical, dental, vision, commuter, and other insurance plans. Assist with payroll processing by entering employee changes, merit increases, promotions, and mid‑year/year‑end salary adjustments. Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll‑related questions. Support employee relations by assisting with performance management, policy interpretation, and employee inquiries. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities. Partner with leadership to support HR initiatives and day‑to‑day operational needs. Utilize ADP to maintain employee data, benefits, and payroll information. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. Experience administering employee benefits and supporting payroll. Strong working knowledge of ADP is required. Experience with employee relations and HR compliance. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a small or lean HR department. Knowledge of benefits reconciliation and invoice processing. Familiarity with annual compensation planning, including merit increases and salary adjustments. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
