How You\'ll Make an Impact Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets. Create and execute strategic growth plans to achieve business objectives. Build strong partnerships with customers and front-end sales teams. Understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions. Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitive activity. Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular performance updates. Collaborate across functions to align priorities and execute growth strategies. Represent Hitachi Energy with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset. Your Background Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related commercial role. Strong understanding of the transformer industry, insulation products, or related markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. Strategic, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
