Key Responsibilities: Enter customer orders into the WMS system Schedule pick-up appointments with transportation companies Check in drivers at the front window Create small package orders and shipping labels Work with team members to troubleshoot customer inquiries Coordinate with the warehouse outbound team to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping of orders Requirements Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Excel Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Previous office experience with a focus on clerical duties and administrative tasks. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple schedules effectively.
