Job Description: Summary: American University Washington College of Law’s Office of Career and Professional Development (OCPD) is seeking a graduate student to assist with data entry for their office. We're a fun and friendly office dedicated to helping law students achieve their career goals. If you are skilled with data entry, but also appreciate a social environment, this position is for you. This position is open to graduate students at AU. Essential Functions: Assisting with data entry under the supervision of our Program Coordinator. Research projects related to employment and career development under the supervision of Dean Kraiem and/or the Senior Data Manager. Staffing the front desk of our office suite. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Part-time. 10 - 20 hours per week. Salary Range: $18.40 per hour. Required Education and Experience: Main campus AU graduate students only. Data entry experience required. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: This position is not open to WCL students. This is a hybrid role. During semesters, you will have a shift or two doing data entry at the front desk of our office and being a welcoming presence for students who come in for appointments. The remainder of your work can be done remotely. Our office is fully remote between semesters and on Mondays and Fridays.
