Employee Benefits Advocate

Supporting clients through inbound calls regarding employee benefit enrollment, the full-time Employee Benefits Advocate will work remotely to provide accurate responses and ensure compliance while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Key responsibilities Answer a broad range of inbound calls in a professional and positive manner Document call details accurately and respond thoroughly to inquiries Ensure compliance in processing and take accountability for the resolution of issues Required qualifications Prior experience in benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider roles Experience in a service center or customer service environment Strong customer-centric mindset with exceptional phone etiquette Comfortable with technology and a competitive team player Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
