Right at Home! - 100% Remote - Work & Train from Your Home - Available 8 hour shifts are Monday - Friday, between 10 AM - 7:00 PM CST - Start Date: November 2nd - Pay: $20/hour We are seeking full-time employees (Advocates) to support our clients by taking calls regarding employee benefit enrollment. The Details: - Answer a broad range of inbound calls (in support of clients) in a professional, energetic, and positive manner - Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call detail accordingly - Must be a resourceful and creative problem solver who can work with members of the team to find solutions - Ensure compliance in all areas of processing, completing all transactions timely and accurately - Take accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution - Work under general supervision following established procedures What You Need to Make the Cut: - Prior benefit administration, insurance brokerage or insurance provider experience is preferred but not required - Service Center and/or Customer Service Experience is Required - Strong customer-centric mindset - Must be comfortable with technology – we are a technology company! - Competitive, team player who strives for excellence - Strong interpersonal skills to find success in every opportunity - Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills We Require that You Have: - Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload) - Ethernet Cable Connection Highly Recommended Training: - Businessolver will provide a comprehensive training program prior to “going live” - this includes virtual classroom training, self-guided e-learning and job shadowing - All training sessions are mandatory & will be completed from the convenience of your home office - Initial Training Schedule: - First week: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST - Remaining Five weeks: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST Please Note: Planned time off may be restricted during our peak Annual Enrollment period ( October through December ). Availability during this timeframe is an essential requirement of the role.
